Suited for pregnant and  postpartum moms, that are cleared by your gynecologist to start performing light exercises again and who are looking to either maintain or regain strength throughout this season of life.

This class puts focus on core and lower body strength to support all abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, in order to prepare the body as good as possible for all the physical tasks postpartum life has to offer.
